Theatre Majors are required to complete THE 284 senior seminar or it's equivalent. Students who intend to write an original play for senior project must complete THE 170. Students who intend to direct senior project must complete THE 250. Students who propose to design a senior project must obtain consent of faculty mentor and department chair. Distribution Requirements: B.A. degrees in the College of Arts and Sciences require completion of 7 distribution categories: Fine Arts: one 3-­‐credit course in a fine arts discipline Foreign Language: two 3-­‐credit courses in the same foreign language Humanities: two 3-­‐credit courses in a humanities discipline Natural Sciences: two courses from specific departments; one course must include a lab Literature: One 3-­‐credit course in literature Mathematical Sciences: One math course number 17 or higher, or Statistics 51 or higher, or Computer Science 008 or higher, or Philosophy 13.
