• ZP-NHK: The “Service button” is used to check whether or not the auxiliary switch is correctly wired in the tripping-signal-switch position. Activating the “service button” will
mechanically simulate an electrical switch-off, so the mechanism for the electrical switchoff will disengage and can be checked.
The main switchgear (MCB, combined MCB/RCD or RCD …) connected to the ZP-NHK auxiliary switch does not need to trip as well during an inspection through the service button.
