Quick-Connect Wiring
FACTORY-INSTALLED BRANCH CIRCUIT WIRING
Designed specifically to save labor installation costs, the quick-connect option
utilizes a molded nylon self-locking polarized connector with factory-installed
branch circuit wiring. Fixtures simply plug together, and the possibility of cross
wiring is eliminated. Rated for 600 volts, No. 12 AWG wires (No. 14 AWG on
suspended architectural fixtures), THHN, 90ºC wires. Available with 1, 2, or 3
circuits plus neutral and ground wires. For LED or fluorescent fixtures in 4‘, 6’,
and 8’ lengths. UL listed. Available on strip, industrial fixtures, and a variety of
architectural fixtures mounted in continuous rows.

Wiring Components
FLEXIBLE WHIPS
All Williams recessed troffers are available with a flexible metallic wiring harness,
factory-attached and hard-wired to the luminaire. See ordering information table.
Straight connectors are a snap-in type. Consult factory for wiring harness utilizing
connectors secured by lock nuts, optional flex size, lengths, and other wire sizes or
circuitry. Three-wire flex utilizes black, white, and green wire. Four-wire flex utilizes
black, white, red, and green wire. On 3- or 4-lamp fixtures wired for multi-circuit inboard/
outboard switching, outside lamps are wired to red circuit and inside lamp(s) are wired to
black circuit. Adding an emergency option requires an additional wire.
Williams fixtures are UL listed to provide factory-installation of several manufacturers’
modular wiring devices. Consult factory for availability and ordering information.
