The OmniCure® UV LED MAX Heads have been specially designed to reduce
manufacturing costs through faster UV curing rates, higher power efficiency
and superior control with monitoring capabilities. The innovative
design of the UV LED MAX heads offers superior
thermal management by means of a copper core
and optimized aluminum heat sink used to extract
and dissipate internal heat generated by the LED,
allowing enhanced air cooling efficiency in even the
most challenging manufacturing environment.
Offers high peak irradiance at 365 nm, 385 nm, and 400 nm
wavelengths
Low power consumption solution for UV manufacturing processes
Increased flexibility with a wide range of interchangeable focusing
lenses and accessories
Compatible with the OmniCure LX300, LX400 and LX400+
controllers
