To connect your RMS Online channel manager to Bookeasy follow the steps below: Step 1 ­ Bookeasy Member Console setup 1. Ensure that you are using Bookeasy Member Console as a Gold Medal Operator 2. Ensure that your rates are set to Daily Rates (Seasonal rates are not supported by RMS Online) Step 2 ­ Map your RMS Online with Bookeasy http://kb.rms.com.au/Channel_Management/Connecting_Online_Channels/Bookeasy_Information 1. Access your RMS account and click on Setup ­ Online Bookings ­ Channel Management 2. Click on the Connect button next to Bookeasy 3. Choose your allotment type. To understand the options ­ click on the blue icon 4. Choose your property if you have more than one 5. Enter the reference number, login and password supplied by Bookeasy 6. Click on Connect to retrieve Room Types button 7. The list of room types created on Bookeasy will appear on the left hand side 8. Map the Bookeasy rate plan with RMS room type 9. Select the rate type for this room type 10. If you want to exclude the room type, check the No update box Note that the Bookeasy interface does not support the minimum nights stay so you will need to create a separate rate plan for each minimum nights restriction 11. You can set up your commissions here 12. To test your online availability before going live ­ click here How to Refresh Mapping with Bookeasy Every time a new rate plan is created on Bookeasy or any of the existing rate plans is deleted, your RMS Online mapping screen will be automatically updated To troubleshoot, follow these steps: If rates or availability are not updating 1.
