1. The OMR sheets are for Objective Type paper only.
2. For filling each entry, darken each circle carefully with Black/ Blue Ball Pen
Only. No Ink/ Other Ball Pen are to be used at any place in the form other than the
places where it is specifically mentioned.
3. Torn/ defaced OMR form will not be accepted.
4. Fill the circle completely.
5. Write the Roll Number in digit and also fill corresponding circle.
6. Write only in Capital Letter where-ever applicable.
