The industry standard for free standing roof top
mounting of air conditioning, refrigeration and
other mechanical equipment.
Big Foot Systems are modular and completely flexible, allowing
for multiple design layouts and easy leveling on irregular surfaces.
Mounting is strong, secure, flexible, vibration absorbent and leak
proof, as there is no penetration of the roof membrane. Installation
is quick, clean and practical. The finished product provides a
professional aesthetically pleasing appearance. Free-standing
design makes roofing repairs simpler and resurfacing less costly.
Frameworks. Developed for the mounting condensers of VRV/
VRF systems. This lightweight and easily assembled modular
prefabricated framework system provides a robust and secure
method of support. Standard framework kits are currently offered
to accommodate most manufacturers, including: Mitsubishi, Daikin,
LG, Samsung, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Carrier/Toshiba & Trane.
Heavy Duty Cube. Developed to provide a complete, efficient
and robust solution for supporting heavier services on flat roofs.
Ideal for the support of large plant rooms, chillers and large air
handling units. The HD Cube provides a simplistic approach
without the necessity of casting traditional concrete plinths early
on in the construction.
Heavy Duty Beam. Developed as a lighter weight companion
to the HD Cube. Typical applications include: large chillers, large
air handling units and heavy pipes and services. HD Beam is a
robust but flexible solution where space may be limited or there is a
requirement to position directly over existing structural roof beams.
Legs incorporate a 1” threaded rod to accommodate roof
falls, eliminating the need for
additional adjustment.

Protection. RD series lineset covers are formed from 20
gauge steel to provide the ultimate in lineset protection for
multiple lineset VRF applications. RD stands up to tough
punishment. An optional anti-slip walking surface for select
RD duct and fittings, (Type RWK) is available on special order.
Triple Hot Dipped Durability. RD ducts and fittings feature
ZAM ® brand hot dip coating. Three layers of protection zinc, aluminum and magnesium provide excellent durability.
Superior Corrosion Resistance. RD/ZAM hot coated steel
sheet delivers corrosion resistance 10 to 20 times greater than
that of ordinary galvanized steel sheet and 5 to 8 times more
than zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel sheet when subjected
to accelerated spray salt testing.
Superior Scratch Resistance. ZAM ® coating provides better
scratch resistance, out performing galvanized steel. Stainless
steel duct & fittings are available by special order only.
Architecturally Friendly. RD Series provides a clean
contemporary solution for lineset protection.

PVC Duct System for the protection of linesets
for light commercial VRF, refrigeration and
industrial process systems
Light and Tough. UV & weather resistant heavy duty PVC
construction resists deformation.The PD series is designed
to hide and protect linesets from the elements, vandalism and
mechanical damage while enhancing the external
appearance of the entire system.
Function and Flexibility. PD Series is designed
primarily for use in smaller VRF systems where use of the
larger metal RD series is not needed. It can also be used in
conjunction with the RD series to cover the linesets from the
condenser to the point where they enter the Metal Duct system.
It is particularly effective for cladding connections into a
condenser. In addition, this series can be used for industrial
linesets for both VRF, minisplit, refrigeration and
conventional air conditioning applications.
Quick Installation. The PD Series can be fitted during the
installation process or can easily be retrofitted after the linesets
have been installed. All duct and fittings disassemble for ease
of installation and mount with commercially available standard
wall mounted pipe brackets.
Professional Appearance. Provides clean sharp finish
to any lineset installation.

warrant a heavy duty metal duct system.
For large VRF installations requiring a metal RD trunk duct
PD series can also be used from the exit
point of the lineset out of the condenser
to a point of entr y into the RD duct using
the RPH adaptor bracket.
