ATV Blank Keys for 1996-2008 Models

Note: Any dealer can order these blank keys and cut themselves as long as they have
the original key to copy.
Note: If a dealer wants Arctic Cat to cut the key, the dealer will then have to order a
Key (0409-003). The dealer must then enter the key code in the dealer comments
section when placing the order on Cat Tracker. An example of the code would be a
letter and 5 numbers (ex. E12345). The key code can also be found on the ignition
switch (2005 and prior model years).

2006-2010 Prowler Blank Keys; 2008-2010 ATV Blank Keys
Both Left-side (0430-042) and Right-side (0430-043) keys when ordered will be blank
and uncut. If a dealer has a key that a customer wants copied, Blank keys can be ordered
and can be cut using the key as a guide.

2006-2010 Prowler Cut Keys; 2008-2010 ATV Cut Keys
Order (p/n 0409-003) and enter the 4 digit key code
(4000-4299) that is found on the key or also found on
a sticker applied to the ignition switch, into the dealer
comments section of the Cat Tracker Order forum.
Example: Order (p/n 0409-003) and enter code
“4150” and then the dealer would receive a right side
groove cut key. If the customer has lost both keys and
the code cannot be found on the ignition switch
sticker, the ignition switch assembly must be
replaced. Order the appropriate ignition switch per the
year and model.

2006-2010 50, 90, 150, 250, 300 ATV Blank Keys
Note: You must first determine if the key is a
left or right cut key. Hold the key pointing
downward, the narrow side of the key is the cut
side.
Both Left-side (3304-521) and Right-side (3304520) keys when ordered will be blank and uncut.
If a dealer has a key that a customer wants copied,
Blank keys can be ordered and can be cut using
the key as a guide.

If the dealer wants Arctic Cat to cut the
key, the dealer will have to order Key (p/n
0409-003). Then the dealer must enter the
3 digit code and specify if it is a left or
right cut key in the dealer comments
section of the Cat Tracker order form. An
example Key code would be C07.

2008- 2010 366 Blank Keys
Both Left-side (p/n 3409-012) and Right-side (p/n 3409-013) keys when ordered will be
blank and uncut. If a dealer has a key that a customer wants copied, Blank Keys can be
ordered and can cut the key using the original key as a guide. Before ordering a blank key
you must first determine whether it is a left-cut or right-cut key.

2008- 2010 366 Cut Keys
If the customer has lost both keys the ignition switch assembly must be replaced. Order
the appropriate Ignition Switch Assembly per the parts diagram for the particular year
machine you are working on.

2003- 2005 90 and 50 Blank and Cut Keys
Blank and Cut Keys are not available separately from the Ignition Switch Assembly, if
both keys have been lost the customer must replace the Ignition Switch Assembly.
