2. NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
Sealed offers are invited from the Manufacturer/ authorized
dealers for Supply and
installation of Large Format LED Display 65 Inches with 3 years warranty under
SINGLE
BID
SYSTEM

preferred
brand
(Panasonics/Delta/Philips/Samsung/LG or Equivalent)
and fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned elsewhere in the tender document for the
subject tender “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF Large Format LED Display 65
Inches AT STPI – PUNE & MUMBAI as per our requirement detailed in Scope of
Work & terms and conditions.

1. Special Note
1.1 Bids can only be submitted before the last date and time as per the date and time
mentioned in the tender.
1.2 Bidders are advised in their own interest to ensure that bids are submitted by
dropping in tender box well before the closing date and time of bid.
1.3 The bidder has to keep track of any changes by viewing the Addendum/Corrigendum
issued by the Tender Inviting Authority on time-to-time in the STPI,Pune website
www.mah.stpi.in & https://eprocure.gov.in. The Company calling for tenders shall
not be responsible for any claims/problems arising out of this.

3. SCOPE OF WORK
Software Technology Parks of India" (STPI), invites sealed quotations under Single
Bid System from the reputed firms for “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
Large Format LED Display 65 Inches AT STPI – PUNE & MUMBAI as per
the specifications mentioned at “Sl.no 4.”

5. Terms and Condition for Submission of Quotation.
1. The BID should be submitted in SINGLE cover, superscribing Bid for SUPPLY
AND INSTALLATION OF Large Format LED Display 65 Inches AT STPI –
PUNE & MUMBAI , Tender no, due date & time and sealed and addressed to
The Director , Software Technology Parks of India, P-1, Rajiv Gandhi
Infotech Park, Phase 1, Hinjiwadi, Pune-411057. Offer sent through fax will
not be accepted.
2. Overwriting and corrections should be attested properly. The bid should be
complete in all respects and should be duly signed. Incomplete and unsigned bids
will not be considered at all.
3. All relevant technical literature pertain to items quoted with full specifications,
information about the products quoted, including brochures if any should accompany
with the quotation.
4. Quotation should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of tender opening and
the period of delivery of Large Format LED Display 65 Inches has to be within 1
Weeks from the date of placing purchase order.
5. The warranty period for the Large Format LED Display 65 Inches will be
THREE year, warranty shall commence from the date of installation and acceptance
of the complete item supplied under the Purchase Order / Contract.
6. Please specify the Make/Brand and Name of the Manufacturer with address, in
which rates are quoted.
7.
The Compliance Statement of technical specification above, have to be completed
and has to be submitted in the technical bids for technical comparison.
8. Any other extra features of the item to be shown separately therein and also
compliance statement.
9. No advance payment will be made. Payment shall be made within 30 days from
the date of receipt, acceptance and satisfactory installation of item.
10. Bidders shall note that STPI, Pune will not entertain any correspondence or queries
on the status of the offers received against this Tender Invitation.
11. STPI, Pune does not bind to accept the lowest quotation and reserves the right, to
reject or partly accept any or all the quotations received without assigning any
reason.
12. Quotation received after the due date and time shall be summarily rejected.

13. The STPI-Pune reserve the right to rejects any or all tender without assigning any
reasons and the decision of the STPI-Pune shall be final and bidding.
14. BIDDER’S ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
a. Bidder shall be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Large
Format LED Display 65 Inches or an authorized dealer for OEM product.
b. The bidder should have sales/service centre in Pune/Mumbai.

16. Prices: Price quoted and accepted is firm and final inclusive of all charges.
17. Rates of the offered items should be quoted as per “Financial Details” of
the quotation. The rates to be quoted must be in Indian Rupees.
18. The last date of receipt of the tender is on 18.04.2016 at 1600 Hrs. The same will
be opened on the same day at 1630 Hrs in presence of the bidders if any.
19. The bid shall contain no interlineations , erasures or overwriting except as necessary
to correct errors made by the bidder in which case such correction shall be signed by
the person or person signing the bid.
