How do I access my bww.com emails?

By using any Web Browser and going to http://webmail.bww.com. You can also use any Email program, such as Outlook or Thunderbird, to access your emails.

How do I configure my email program to access my emails?

Account Type/Protocol: Can be either POP3 or IMAP. We suggest using POP3 so that your emails actually download to your email program.

Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.bww.com

Ports: Choose 110 for POP or 143 for IMAP. For outgoing port trying 25. If you encounter problems sending mail, enter the alternate port of 587.

Username: [full e-mail address]

Password: [password for e-mail account] You password is case sensitive.

The username and password must be used for both the incoming and outgoing mail servers.

SMTP Authentication: This option must be enabled. If prompted, select "Password" as the authentication type.

Secure Password Authentication (SPA): If available, this option must be disabled.

Encrypted Connection (SSL or TLS): If available, this option must be disabled.

NOTE: Some devices enable SSL by default. This option must be disabled on both incoming and outgoing to send and receive messages.

How do I change my email password?

Log into the webmail site at http://webmail.bww.com. Select the Setting Icon on the left side of the screen. You can enter a new password to use under the User tab.

How do I forward my bww.com email to another email address?

Log into the webmail site at http://webmail.bww.com. Select the Setting Icon on the left side of the screen. Choose the Forwarding tab and enter the email address you would like to forward to.

How do I create a custom group of contacts using Webmail?

When editing or adding a contact, use the Categories tab to select which category to assign a contact to.

Use the Master Category tab at the top of the page to create customer categories.

How do I send an email to a Group/Category of Contacts?

From the Contacts page, Choose View..Filter...Category and select the Category of Contacts you would like to send a message to. Then choose Actions...Select All to select all contacts in this Category. Then choose Actions...Send Email to create an email to send.

How do I import my old bww.com emails into my new bww.com?

If you still have email messages that are still on Communkate's mail server you can follow the steps below to import those message into the new bww.com email server.

Log into http://webmail.bww.com

2.

Select the Setting Icon on the left side of the screen

3.

Expand the Advance Setting folder by click on the + sign

4.

Select Mailbox Migration

5.

Change the Account Type popup to Other and click Next

6.

Check the Email checkbox and click Next

7.

For the server address enter mail.katebww.com

8.

For your username enter your email address name @katebww.com (ex: username@katebww.com)

9.

Enter your old Communikate Email Password (You may need to get this information from Kate if you do not have it)

10.

Click on Test Connection to verify that all of your settings are correct

11.

If the Test is good, click on Next

12.

Then click on Start to starting importing your email
