A signed confirmation form must be completed and returned to our office: info@firstclassfunctions.com.au PO Box 1603, Noosaville 4566 A deposit of $200, plus a $50 non-refundable administration fee, is required within 7 days of making a tentative booking to confirm the date. 2 weeks prior to the wedding all floral requirements must be finalised. 1 week prior to the wedding the final payment is to be finalised. This includes confirming final guest numbers. STYLING APPOINTMENT All of our weddings are individually styled and this proposal is just to assist you with your initial ideas and budget.
