Outline Planning Application Ref No. OUT113101045
Further to your letter of 11 September 2013 the applicant has employed BCA Landscape,
Landscape Architects based in Liverpool to carry out a full tree survey of trees within and
adjacent to the apptication site in accordance with current practice.
We have explored a number of alternative building zones and access driveways with the
applicant and the Landscape Architect. Accordingly we have arrived at a proposed layout,
which takes account of the importance of the historic mature trees, proper management of
the existing trees, minimises the loss of trees, whilst providing a building zone that
provides for flexibility in the design and size of the proposed new house.
Therefore we have revised the Application Documents our drawings nos. 1 2.13.01 Rev A
and 1213.02 Rev C and our Design and Access Statement to reflect the outcome of the
Tree Survey, BCAL's Report and these deliberations.
We also submit four documents provided by BCA Landscape namely: Tree Survey Plan Drwg No. 12.538.100 P-1,
Tree Survey Recording Notes 30.10.13,
Report on the Existing Trees 24.01.14 and
Tree Protection Plan Drwg No 12.583.101 P-1
All these documents have been submitted as an amendment to the current application via
the Planning Portal and we would be grateful if you could contact me once you have had
to consider them, should you have any concerns or queries.
Both the Applicant and I appreciate that this revised information may need circulating to
the consultees, we hope that any concerns that have been raised about the application or
any objections can now be allayed or covered by appropriate conditions.
