Garry Lee established Global Advantage International Inc. in 2002, after 10 years of significant compliance safety & international approvals experience with CSA International (Senior
Medical Device Engineer) & UL Canada. Global EMC is one of the largest EMC lab in Toronto
with its new addition, Les Entreprises EMC Monde Inc., in Quebec opened in 2012. Garry
serves as a guest speaker to the industry and maintains a high profile in the Professional
Engineers’ product safety community. He holds an Engineering degree from Ryerson University.
Walter Jager

Walter Jager is the principal consultant of ECD Compliance (ECD Technology Ltd.). He
has assisted numerous electronic equipment OEMs and contract manufacturers understand the requirements of worldwide RoHS regulations and to develop compliance
