This ACT WorkKeys® Notice contains information about:
 the schedule change for 2016
 system maintenance this coming weekend
 future maintenance windows
 upcoming training webinars for online testing
Schedule Change for 2016
In 2016, ACT has standardized system maintenance windows to be the third weekend of each
month. This schedule should benefit you in planning test session schedules. The exception to this
schedule will be in April, which will be the fourth weekend, due to customer deliverables
happening on the third weekend. Also, July will have system upgrades scheduled for the first two
weekends, as well as the regularly scheduled maintenance during the third weekend.
System Maintenance this Weekend
ACT will be performing system maintenance beginning at 5 p.m. central time, on Saturday,
March 19, and continuing through 5 p.m. central time, on Sunday, March 20.
No WorkKeys online testing will be possible during the 24-hour window. Please do not schedule
testing events during this time.
Future Maintenance Windows
To help you with planning testing sessions, scheduled system maintenance through July of 2016
will also occur on:
 April 23 and 24 (exception to third weekend rule)
 May 21 and 22
 June 18 and 19
 July 2–3, 9–10, and 16–17 (additional upgrades to systems)
