To maintain its competitive advantage in the recruiting market, Jobsite decided to upgrade its existing
in-house CRM system to Salesforce for more robust capabilities. With the enterprise-level CRM capabilities
of Salesforce, Jobsite could consolidate two of its previous legacy systems, from credit checks to approval
processes, onto a single, comprehensive system.
“An important feature with e-signatures was the ability to gain more control of the client contracting process,”
says Heidi Lynch, Salesforce Systems Manager at Jobsite. “By integrating Adobe Sign with Salesforce and
Conga Composer, we improved visibility, turnaround time, and productivity with contract generation.”
Simple, comprehensive process
After potential clients show an interest in Jobsite’s services, sales staff can generate a contract and quote
with just a few clicks in Salesforce. “With Adobe Sign, the sales team spends less time chasing contracts,”
says Lynch. “With real-time access to the status of a contract, we have more control over accuracy,
deadlines, and contract maintenance.”
Contracts are generated automatically with Adobe Sign, using the information collected from the opportunity
and quote from Salesforce. The integration between Salesforce and Adobe Sign, an Adobe Document Cloud
solution, enables real-time access to all stages of the sales pipeline. Sales staff, administrators, finance team
members, and managers can easily view the contract status, such as when the contract was issued and
whether it was viewed. More importantly, in-depth reporting allows administrators and managers to view
trends, such as number of contracts per month, average signing time, and who is sending contracts and when.
“The depth of information we gain through Adobe Sign provides clear business analytics to help us make
better decisions on improving our systems and our teams,” says Lynch. “Armed with this information, we
can better manage our assets to further drive efficiencies.”
