4. LD-prefix living materials can only ship to a street address in the 48
continental states. No returns on LD living materials.
5. UN chemicals and LD or LM living materials cannot be shipped
outside the U.S. Foreign orders will be shipped incomplete or returned,
at our discretion.
6. Phone, fax, and web orders usually ship the same business day. We
may hold non-Express Service orders for up to 7 days if out-of-stock
items are expected.
7. If it is necessary to backorder items, we can usually ship them within
3 weeks. Back-ordered items may be canceled at your request anytime
up to shipment date.
8. Items noted as “Drop Ship” in the catalog may be shipped direct from
our suppliers. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
