Lighting retrofits within individual units do not qualify for incentives. • Lighting projects are eligible for incentives regardless of simple payback (without incentives) or burn times. • The minimum total lighting measure incentive is $100 per project. • Retrofit lighting projects must provide at least 25% energy savings compared to the existing system. • Custom incentives of up to 35% of the cost of eligible installed lighting measures are available. • The Multifamily lighting program and incentives are identical to the Business Efficiency lighting program and incentives with two major exceptions: the inspection requirement and the lack of a simple payback requirement.
