Dear Colleagues!
We would like to invite you to take part in the 11 th International Conference and School
«Problems of Geocosmos», which will be held from 3 to 7 October, 2016 in Saint-Petersburg.
This year International School for young researchers and students will be integrated with the
traditional conference. Special lectures and seminars covering all topics of the conference will be held by
leading scientists. We suggest scientific advisors to bring the new format of the traditional «Geocosmos»
to the attention of their students and junior colleagues!
In addition to the traditional sight-seeing tours to St. Petersburg, participants will have an
opportunity to visit Resource Centers of St. Petersburg State University – new laboratory and research
facilities with modern equipment.
Key dates:
Pre-registration — March 15, 2016 (please, include the title of your talk in the «comments», the authors
and the institution). Later both the title and the list of authors may be changed for abstract online submission. We need
this preliminary information to prepare an application for conference support from Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
Start of registration and submission of abstracts — February 1, 2016 on the site.
