Dear Kayihan,
want to thank you for the excellent work that Hittite Stee! recently completed at the 1101 15th Street
NW Retail Renovation project. This was a complex renovation and retail expansion project on an
existing occupied building.
I
Hittite Steel furnished and installed the structural steel and miscellaneous metals in a timely and
professional manner. Because this project was on a tight schedule and to an existing building, additional
coordination and flexibility were required. From the start of the shop drawing process, Hittite ably
coordinated their steel to fit the existing structure and with the new storefront. This process was done
in advance in order to release the storefront glass to meet the project schedule. Hittite exceeded their
schedule timeframe and had the structural supports complete and accurate prior to the storefront
arriving on site.
Hittite also worked closely with our field staff, owne/s representatives, and other subcontractors to
maintain access to building entrances at all times. Hittite was more than cooperative working within
these constraints and still able to meet the schedule by working off hours work and remobilizing as
needed.
Your company's attitude towards good quality workmanship and timely performance is what I want in
