Graduate Research Journal Entry Guidelines Deadline for submission: May 14, 2010 Format for Submission The Graduate Research Conference Journal has two formats for submission. One format is for research or alternative plan papers; the second format is for creative projects. Research Projects, Alternative Plan Papers Abstract: Please submit your graduate thesis or alternative plan paper in a pdf format via e-mail to the Graduate Assistant (grc@mnsu.edu) with "YourLastname– GRC Journal Submission" in the subject line. You must also submit a letter from your faculty advisor that indicates his/her approval of your manuscript and support for the submission of your paper to the Graduate Research Conference Journal. Your paper will not be published without this letter of support. Creative Projects If you are submitting a creative project you may submit the manuscript you submitted to your faculty advisor in a pdf format along with visual documentation of your work. You must also submit a letter from your faculty advisor that indicates his/her approval of your manuscript and support for the submission of your paper to the Graduate Research Conference Journal. Your paper will not be published without this letter of support. Submit your description and creative project via e-mail to the Graduate Assistant (grc@mnsu.edu) with "YourLastname– GRC Journal Submission" in the subject line. Visual Documentation: Visual Documentation can include up to 10 digital photographs of the creative project or a 2-3 minute digital video clip of the performance. These will be posted on the web along with your paper.
