Improvement Rewards Program for Increase in Exam grades
1. Individuals that achieve the following grade as compared to the average on exam 2 will
get the following bonus points:
Higher than average by 1-10 points = 1 bonus point,
Higher than average by 11 points or more = 2 bonus points
2. Individuals that achieve the following grade as compared to their exam 1 grade will get
the following bonus points.
1-10 points better than the exam 1 grade = 1 bonus point,
11 or more points better that exam 1 grade or maintaining a grade of 90+ = 2 bonus
points
3. All individuals will add their bonus points from 1 and 2. Team total points are added
and then divided by team member number.
Teams will be ranked by most average points per member. Each team member will then
receive the following bonus points
1st place= 3 points,
2nd = 2 points
3rd= 1 points 4th place = 0 points
