Format for the Nike Town Meeting

The question under discussion is: “Should Nike change its approach to global
sourcing?”
One team at the front plays the role of activists arguing that it should. The other
team plays the role of Nike executives.
The activists, arguing that Nike should change, go first. The format will be:
Opening statements: 6 min each – Activists, then Nike.
Rebuttals: 4 min each – Activists, then Nike.
Q&A – 30-40 minutes. The activists will have some opportunity to comment on Nike
responses, and vice versa.
Concluding statements: 5 min each – Activists, then Nike
