The anthrax bacteria produce the
anthrax toxin components—
protective antigen, edema factor,
and lethal factor. Protective
antigen (PA) binds to the anthrax
toxin receptor (ATR) on cell
surfaces and forms a proteinreceptor complex that binds lethal
factor (LF) and edema factor (EF).
The toxins enter the cell and
kill it. Most anthrax fatalities are
caused by the irreversible effects
of the anthrax toxins on cells and
tissues.

neutralizes protective
antigen (PA). By neutralizing PA, ABthrax
effectively
blocks the binding of PA to cell surfaces
and prevents the
anthrax toxins from entering and killing the
cell.

hyaluronic, LPS) and products of synthesis and
secretion of microorganisms of the dental plaque (factor
H, proteases, coagulases, A and M proteins, soluble

• Nanocells:
- A new nanoparticle drug-delivery system that makes it
possible to combine drugs (anthrax, dental plaque and
heterocyclic chemical) with different mechanisms of action in
the same particle, and to design their temporal release with
objective of obtaining the synergetic effect.
- Is possible to rise the effects of anthrax toxins with simple
addiction of cytokines (IL-1, TNF…), chemocynes (MIP, IP-10,
MCP-1...) and growth factors ( ERGF…), LPS at concentration
greater than 100 ng/mL, ON, PGs etc…
- In my experience with dental plaque (100 mG/mL) has its
toxicity increased at the short time by indomethacin and
methotrexate, possibly the same occur with chemical with
similar structure.
Conclusion
• As at the construction of a dress, the first phase is the
design. The second is the selection of the color and
texture of the tissue (laboratorial and clinical tests) that
will be used in its construction; the third, the
construction by competent dressmakers. So, the idea of
the design is presented. Now, desire that the colleagues
test it and elaborate the final product. If a dress
originally draw for a fest is modified and used at a
married, is secondary. For the designer what really
import is the design of the idea. Desire this fashion may
