for successfully funded proposals, provided administrative oversight of strategic planning
and policy formation, jumpstarted research and development initiatives, networked with
local government authorities, foreign diplomats, and community stakeholders, chaired
ADCOM (administrative committee), served as secretary of the ADRA Board
