Blocked Content Job Aid If users experience blocked content when punching out to certain vendors, please refer to the information below. INTERNET EXPLORER: A pop up box will generally appear at the bottom of the screen, click on ‘SHOW ALL CONTENT’. FIREFOX First screenshot will appear. Look for shield in URL, click on it. This screen will appear when you click on shield in URL. Click options, disable protection for now. CHROME Click on SHIELD in URL to load script. SAFARI When you are punching out to a vendor, if you are not seeing the UMASS branded home page within the vendor punch-out, please do the following: Click on: SAFARI – PREFERENCES – PRIVACY Under ‘Block Cookies & Other Website Data’, choose NEVER. Re-start Safari before punching out again. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to your IT department so they can troubleshoot your other settings.
