 Plan for including Student Service Areas in the Strategic Plan: Marco Masini, Kari

 Creating Strategic Sub-Plans: Academic Assessment (see attached): C. Arnold
 Establish strategic planning guidelines
Discussion: Is the UPC responsible for updating the current plan; reviewing priorities
and making recommendations? How do we ensure that sub-plans are in alignment with
the master plan?
 Discussion: What do we need to do to prepare for our hour meeting (9-10am) with the
HLC visitors on Feb. 19 regarding Planning for the Future?
