Travel reports are to be submitted:

with all original receipts,
after return home
Reimbursement based upon:

R/T airfare from home to MSS only
Changes for personal reasons involving penalty fees
will not have the fees reimbursed

General Travel Information – The Sheraton

Students wishing to extend their stay:




should contact the Sheraton directly,
will be accommodated on a space-available basis,
are personally responsible for the extra expense
Sheraton courtesy shuttle



Tips are highly recommended
Students are highly advised to group up for rides
to/from Caltech
