Leadership
Description (or Proposed Degree Requirements)
Portfolio development is the capstone experience for the Add-On Certification
Program in Educational Leadership. Participants work independently
under the supervision of the program advisor. The foci of the course are on
understanding the nature of portfolio, the Educational Leadership
Constituent Council (ELCC) standards, and the procedures to be followed
in the development and completion of a professional portfolio.

Justification
The purpose of adding a new course is to separate the M.Ed. candidates from the add-on
candidates.
