EE 484 SPRING 2003 COMMUNICATION SYSTEM DESIGN PROBLEM In 2003, a USC Earth Sciences research team plans to conduct extensive investigations of earthquake activity in the western pacific. The team will set up monitoring sites at Fairbanks, Alaska and Hilo, Hawaii.
