Data Assessment Meeting

Graduate Milestone
Issue is how to monitor milestones for advanced students. The group agreed that
for GM1, Dr. Stewart will forward a copy of the Program of Study once approved to Jana
Hatcher. She will enter the milestone into Banner.
For GM2, Dr. Stewart will forward a copy of the checklist to Jana Hatcher once they
have completed requirements for Graduate Milestone II
For GM3, the graduation date will be entered.
Graduate Field Experiences
Discussion was held concerning how to collect and record this data. Agreement that rolls
will be run from previous semester and major professors will enter data. In future, this
will be put in Filemaker each term.
