Bylaw 32 Excerpt:
5.1 Within fifteen calendar days of the hearing, the Chair of the Committee shall, by expedited mail or
couriered delivery, report to the parties to the hearing of its decision and shall report through the Senate
Secretariat to the President of its decision.
5.2 The report shall be in writing and shall consist of the decision of the Committee, and if requested, written
reasons for the decision.
5.3 The decision of the majority of the Committee shall be the decision of the Committee and shall have final
and binding effect.
