What is the EVT Customer Status Sheet? The EVT Customer Status Sheet is to provide you with a list of your customers with whom Efficiency Vermont is engaged. We will update this list on a quarterly basis . The Customer Status Sheet may be of help for your customer service efforts, or simply a way to get a snapshot of the work that Efficiency Vermont is doing within your service territory. The Sheet is provided in an Excel spreadsheet to make it easy to sort, filter or integrate with your customer information system as you may wish. The list includes all customers that served under Efficiency Vermont's Commercial and Industrial programs and the affordable housing multifamily market. The program code used from 2000-2002 names are as follows: CEO - commercial new construction and equipment replacement CIEM - Commercial Emerging Markets Initiatives (large C&I retrofit) DF - Dairy Farms REEP - residential projects within Vermont's affordable multifamily housing market Starting in January 2003 the program names have changed as follows: BNC – Business new construction ( now includes multifamily housing projects) BEF – Business existing facilities ( now includes multifamily housing projects) BDS – Business development services ( usually project leads in which no technical work has been performed. What's in the Efficiency Vermont Customer Status Sheet? The information contained in the spreadsheet is as follows: Status: Active (currently underway) or Complete (measures installed) BusinessName: name of the primary customer being served Manager: name of the EVT staff person in charge of the project Title: Name of the project Program Code: BDS - leads for C&I programs CEO - commercial new construction and equipment replacement CIEM - Commercial Emerging Markets Initiatives (large C&I retrofit) DF - Dairy Farms REEP - residential projects within Vermont's affordable multifamily housing market ProjectTown: town in which the measures will be or have been installed Primary Utility: code used to identify the customer's electric utility MWHSavings: MegaWatt hour savings. For completed projects, these are the savings reported by Efficiency Vermont to the PSB. The values include adjustments for freeriders, spillover, line losses, and other adjustments. For active projects, these values represent estimated gross savings at the meter without adjustments. Estimated savings are not made for every project that is in progress. REVISEDDT: Date of the most recent update to project progress What's in the Efficiency Vermont Quarterly Report? The quarterly report is filed with the Public Service Board and provides information about EVT expenditures and savings in summary form by Residential and Commercial sectors, as well as individual programs. The report is in a PDF format and can be read by Adobe Acrobat reader. We have developed a list of contacts at each electric utility in Vermont to whom we will distribute the EVT Customer Status Sheet and the Quarterly Report on a regular basis via email. Each utility gets the Customer Status Sheet for their own service territory. It is our intent to distribute these reports on a quarterly basis. The next report will be in January, 2002.
