2013. The specified minimum wages (Basic + VDA) per shift for
Security Guard / Lady Guard: Rs. 342
Security Supervisor / Driver: Rs. 377
() Washing allowance, will be paid for the approved number of security guards, on a pro-rata basis.
() Uniform Charges, will be paid for the approved number of security guards, on a pro-rata basis.
() PF payment will be as per statutory norms and, if eligible, limited to the first Rs. 6500. Thus the
maximum permissible PF per security personnel is Rs. 884.65.
Service Taxes not payable, as input security service to educational institution is exempted from
Service Tax.
