PROPERTY OWNERS AMENDMENT
This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS
Paragraph I. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY AGAINST OTHERS TO US is replaced
by the following.
I. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY AGAINST OTHERS TO US
If any person or organization to or for whom we make payment under this Coverage Part has
rights to recover damages from another, those rights are transferred to us to the extent of our
payment. That person or organization must do everything necessary to secure our rights and
must do nothing after loss to impair them.
You shall not waive your rights of recovery or subrogation against any other party in any
lease, contract or agreement.
In the event that the Company’s right to recover damages from another party is impaired by a
waiver by you in any lease, contract or agreement, no coverage exists for you for the loss of
or damage to your property to the extent of your waiver.
