Procedure for Requesting a
Transcript
Seniors requesting a transcript
must go to
www.mypaymentsplus.com. There is
a $4.00 fee for all transcripts &
all paperwork must be given to Ms.
Upchurch.
If you are requesting an out of
state transcript, WFHS envelopes
are available for mailing hard
copies. These must be addressed
& stamped (3stamps).
If a recommendation is required
from your counselor, please include
a resume or senior information
sheet.
