Continuous Improvement Goal:1
Chattahoochee will increase the percentage of students showing typical or high growth in all subject areas
as measured by CCRPI Progress Growth percentiles.
SMART Goal:
The percentage of students with typical or high growth will increase from the 2013-14 CCRPI Progress Growth
percentile of:
ELA 55%, Math 68%, Science 60%, Social Studies 58%
to the 2015-2016 CCRPI Progress Growth percentile of:
ELA 57%, Math 71%, Science 62%, Social Studies 61% by the end of the 2015-2016 school year in May.

SMART Goal:
The Chattahoochee CCRPI School Climate rating will increase from 93.5 in 2013-2014 to 94.9 by the end of the 20152016 school year in May of 2015.

School Improvement goals include increasing student achievement in ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies as reported
on the CCRPI report in Progress Growth percentiles and improving the school climate with the introduction of the 7
mindsets and instructional coaching support to increase teacher efficacy. Documented improvements will be in the
CCRPI School Climate ratings.
