Continuous Improvement Goal: To Improve the CCRPI Score for Brookwood Elementary School
SMART Goal: In grades 2-5, the number of students who are proficient in Math and ELA as evidenced on
interim post assessments administered in February of 2015 will be 75% (Math) and 80% (ELA).
SMART Goal: In grades K-3, the number of students who meet or exceed standards in Reading as evidenced
by SLO data at the Spring measure will be 80%.
