The Perfect Pastime
Everyone needs a hobby, and birdwatching is by far
the best hobby anyone could have. It offers a chance to
be outdoors and breathe fresh air. It also is relaxing.
As you can imagine, it is exciting to walk in the
woods and search for birds in their forest homes. It is
thrilling to find a kind of bird that you might have only
seen before in books. Another reason why birdwatching
is great is that there is always something new to see.
There are different kinds of birds to see at different times
of the year. The forest changes, too, as the years goes
on, and so do the other animals that live there.
If you have never been birdwatching, you should
give it a try. You might even want to join a birdwatching
club. In fact, that is the best way to take up the hobby.
Look for one in the phone book or in the local newspaper.
Join now. You’ll be glad you did.
