Outstanding Student Award Order Form
Outstanding Student Awards are given by the sponsoring
section to student chapter officers who have done an exemplary
job managing their chapter. Note that these should not be given
for the routine holding of office. It is recommended that the
Faculty Advisor support the award before it is given. The plaque
has an 8- x 10-in. black marble finish wood base with a 6- x 8-in.
silver plate. Personalization includes the SPE logo and
recipient’s name. The award is USD 85 plus shipping, invoice
will follow. Allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.
