The Board of Regents approved an initiative to bring the processing of Payroll and Benefits into
one centralized location, the Shared Services Center (SSC). The SSC Call Center process means
that all employees, including faculty, staff , students and retirees will be directing basic inquiries
regarding Payroll, eTime, ADP Employee Service Access and Benefits to the SSC Call Center.

VSU will continue to handle benefit and payroll services that require a “personalized touch”.
These services include new hire orientation, active and retiree death claims, survivor counseling,
