Designation of the Texas Tech University System on Official Publications

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Operating Policy and Procedure (OP) is to ensure the
university’s affiliation with the Texas Tech University System is stated in official
print and electronic publications of the university
REVIEW:
This OP will be reviewed in March every three years, or as needed, by the Office
of Communications and Marketing with recommended revisions presented to the
president by April of the same year.
POLICY/PROCEDURE
All official correspondence, publications and reports circulated by Angelo State University as
well as the website maintained by the university shall indicate the university’s affiliation with the
Texas Tech University System. That affiliation shall be designated as follows: Member, Texas
Tech University System.
