This Toolkit provides the Aging Network and its partners with a replicable and easy-to-use meth
providing services for any diverse community.
The Toolkit consists of a four-step process and a questionnaire that assists professionals, volunte
grassroots advocates with every stage of program planning, implementation and service deli

Focus: Scientific presentations will highlight health care disparities research at UCSF
Health disparities refers to gaps in the quality of health and health care, differences in biologic
behavioral aspects of health and disease, and clinical and population studies by racial, ethni
socioeconomic groups. The definition of health disparities includes differences in the presence
disease, health outcomes, and quality of and/or access to health care. We welcome researc

Cathy Zimmerman works at the Gender Violence & Health Centre at the London School of Hy
Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). She has conducted multi-country research on the health of traffick
women and adolescents in Europe and on violence and health of asylum-seeking women, an
