Internship Web Article
I finished my 3 month internship with HuaPeng Group in an instant. During this period, I did learn much knowledge that I cannot learned from class. On one hand, I developed an ability to think independently. When facing a problem, I always try to solve it by myself first. By doing this when it has been solved, I can learn much more. On another hand, I also developed teamwork. Organization is a whole everyone need to communicate with others in best way. It is very important in a company or a team, more communication, helps each other, have same goal, play the biggest role by gather the wisdom of crowds.
I also used my knowledge that I learned in school and use it in my internship. For example, I took SAP class when I was in undergraduate. From that class, I learned basic
ERP concepts and understand how ERP software integrates key business processes.
Although the ERP software is different, because I took SAP course, I understand it faster than other internship. I also learned many programming language in school like C#, Java,
VB, Corona etc. when I need to learn another language like PHP, it was much easier to do so.
My short-term goal is to stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in this field.
Moreover, I am planning to get in to an IT corporation in US and develop my operational capability. I do believe that management information system industry will be developed rapidly in China during next few years. Therefore, my final goal is to back to China and using the advanced technology and knowledge I learned from school and US company, and help Chinese company’s technological reformation. This internship helps me be acquainted with Chinese information system field and develop more interest in the IT job.
