Scope The Human Resources Department is responsible for wage and salary administration, pay plan classification, recruitment and employment, personnel policies, employee relations, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, new employee orientation, employee training and development, employee benefits administration, timekeeping, and personnel records and more.
