To assist teams with the demonstration of the commercial potential of their technology, several grants will be
awarded to develop a prototype. The maximum amount of each grant will be $500 per team. This form should
only be completed by those teams that have already submitted an Application through the Tufts $100k New
Ventures Competition web site.
