Behaviour Management team is expected to work on an immediate, medium and long term plan
wherein Responsible Behaviour is acknowledged and reinforced.
Immediate:

List what is successfully being implemented:
Individually – collectively
Scheduled- Unscheduled



Ensure that the above is maintained
Get feedback from all stakeholders regarding the present situation
Present the information gathered with the suggestions
Medium:

Prepare a plan to
Ensure that the already established practices are spread throughout the schools
To include some of the suggestions in the medium term
Present the proposals and implement plans
Evaluate and plan accordingly
Long term planning will involve the projects that need a couple of years to be fully established, such as
Honouring and thanksgiving ceremony, Houses…..
The long term plans should ensure that both the immediate and the medium term activities are
incorporated in the SEL programme
