Required for all students
registered in MGT 455
class (capstone strategy
course required for all
BSBA students).
Administered every
semester on-line. Each
department reviews its
set of questions relevant
to its business core class
for student learning
improvement and makes
changes as needed.

Appendix A.1.b
Actions Taken
Based on AACSB recommendation,
the CSB implemented the on-line
assessment for all students seeking
to pre-register for MGT 455. Prior
to implementation all courses
reviewed content knowledge
questions. Instrument was
changed from 60 questions to 100
questions.
The average first responses for
Fall 2011 was 61.14%. This
indicates that the 60% margin at
this time is appropriate. Individual
business core classes did not
change due to the early results of
this data and the new assessment
format.
Classes will be evaluated when
three sets of data are complete.
