Notes:
1.
All command files (filetype .COM) run under RSTS version 9. There
are no build files for native execs, as I build all Kermits under
RSTS and then download to the target system.
2.
All .HEX files are simply
executable image.
3.
The Columbia tapes will have only the HEX files, and then only for
the non I/D space tasks. The DECUS tapes will have the HEX and TASK
images, except in the case of the I/D images, only the task images
will be present.
