*Read To Succeed for Six Flags- Completed book
log needs to be returned by Feb. 23rd (you can use
the upcoming 4-day weekend to catch up on some
reading)
*Super Minimum Day-This Friday, Feb.19th-all
students come at 8:25 & leave at 11:48
*Awards Assembly-Feb 19th @ 9:20 am in cafeteria
*Rancho Cordova Library Field Trip-February
25th-please see info & permission slip on gold
paper-signed papers are due by Feb. 18th
*Country Report-due Feb 26th-This is an at home
book report & project. Please look over the yellow
information sheet-the students need to rewrite the
paragraphs we researched together in class (one paragraph
needs to be typed & one will be in cursive OR all can be
typed or written in cursive for extra points). Also,
students will need to make a replica of their country’s
flag for the project. All materials needed have been sent
home. I suggest that students do one paragraph a
night and take 2 days to complete the flag. This
report/project will also help with time management
& responsibility.
*Minimum Day-February 26th-students come at 8:25 &
leave at 1:30
*Math Bowl (Mental Math)- There will be 4
students from our class going to compete against
other MH 3rd graders on March 1st. The winners of
that day will then go to compete against other 3rd
graders from different schools. The 4 students will
be chosen by Feb.26th
*Flyer Family Fun Run-March 12th-see registration
sheet in Wed. folder for details
*2015-16 Yearbook pre-sale-
you can purchase a
yearbook for $20 until Feb. 29th. After that date, yearbooks
will be $25.
*2016-2017 Registration Packet-please return

*Homework-please return math page & reading page DAILY! Spelling
page is due on Friday! (Also, book log daily)
*PE days are Monday & Wednesday (wear appropriate shoes &
clothing)
