This competition is held under the “Triple Helix” project in Kosovo, and
implemented in partnership between the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the
Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency and the OECD

Dear applicant,
To submit your application for the Triple Helix Competition in Kosovo*, please fill out this Application
Form and submit it by e-mail to Max Bulakovskiy, Max.BULAKOVSKIY@oecd.org. First stage project
proposals will be accepted by 30 June 2015. Those who submit their proposals in the first stage can
benefit from comments and feedback provided by the OECD on how to improve their project application.
The final deadline to submit project proposals is 15 October 2015. Submissions received after this
deadline will not be considered.
The overall competition timeline is the following:

20 May 2015 – launch of the competition (these guidelines presented to a wide audience at
event in Pristina);

31 July 2015 – deadline to submit first stage project proposals (proposals submitted by this
date will be able to benefit from initial feedback from the Competition organisers to further
improve their applications or to establish partnerships with other local stakeholders);

Beginning of September 2015 – meetings with first stage applicants to further develop
project proposals and facilitate partnerships between actors;

15 October 2015 – deadline to submit final project proposals (proposals submitted after
this date will not be considered);

15 October 2015 to 15 November 2015 – review of submitted proposals by the Competition
committee and Committee decision on three winners;

End of November 2015 – announcement of Triple Helix competition winners (exact date and
venue for the event will be announced in September);

December 2015 to end of February 2016 – provision of technical assistance to competition
winners.
